There are not enough words to describe how valuable True North has been. For our family, this transition was exactly what my child needed, before transitioning back into public school. The staff each have their own teaching styles and techniques used, but the one consistent piece of everyone, is the love, and care for our children. I knew my child was supported and was safe.

The director, teachers and staff at True North provide a safe haven for students who need a less stressful educational environment than exists in the typical public school setting. They provide students with a place to heal from their current circumstances while they continue to engage in academic instruction at their level and pace. It is a much needed alternative resource to the traditional public school setting. It was just what my daughter needed this year! 

This school has been a blessing. My son was not doing well in his middle school, and had been suspended a few times, losing out on valuable education days. True North became our saving grace upon his final suspension which was over a month long. My son has a few personal issues, which makes being in certain environments troublesome. True North was malleable in his education experience. They worked with us through his challenging times, so much so they created an education plan to ensure he got the most out of his day. The staff is so helpful and willing to work with parents to help their children further their education. I am so grateful for True North and their teachers for giving my son a chance to be able to move up in school next year. 

My son is disabled and attended True North this Spring of 2023. He was awaiting placement at another school and if he didn't have True North, he would be home all this time. It has been a great experience. My son was very happy to go to school every day and came home happy. The director and his teachers were very supportive of all of his issues. Thank you for the support and love for my son.
